This house is just wonderful 🙂 Very clean and spacious, the pool is huge and the surroundings are marvelous... Also the communication with Marco (owner) and Veronica (manager) worked out very well and they had many useful tips for us... Special mention should also be made of the very nice couple that takes care of the maintenance of the house, they were always ready to support us and we could have some good conversations... we will definitely come back.... We had the pleasure of staying two days in this farmhouse immersed in an enchanting landscape between sea and mountains. The large garden is very nice, and so are the new and fully equipped apartments, with sofas outside to read and just admire the view. We also had the pleasure to dine at the farmhouse. Great pool area with Jacuzzi, where we enjoyed a cocktail at sunset. I recommend staying here and we will return.
Moresco Country House is well furbished, spotlessly clean, well maintained, located perfectly and small enough to make you feel part of an Italian family. Beaches are less than 15 min by car. Amazing views of the countryside and the garden (olive trees, pear trees, plum trees) from all the apartments. Swimming pool is very clean, with lots of sun beds and relaxing chairs. I would certainly recommend this address.
Wonderful location in the hills of Fermo, a strategic position to reach the coast, the medieval villages, the Sibillini and the beautiful Ascoli Piceno. Absolute quietness but with every kind of comfort. New structure and very well maintained, remarkable pool and solarium area. Staff is well prepared, available and really nice. To return!
The apartment is in a beautiful complex in a perfect location. We felt very comfortable. The flat is very beautiful, fully and lovingly furnished. The complex has an exclusive flair and a great view. The panorama around is fantastic.
Lovely location, among the lovely hills of the Marche, a stone's throw from the sea. Functional and spacious flats, with all the services that make life easier (washing machine, dishwasher and central air conditioning), friendly staff, helpful, always on point. We were lucky enough to be able to extend our stay, because we loved it so much, but needless to say, we would have never left! Highly recommended
Let's start by saying that we definitely spent too little time here, only 2 days! But it is certain that we will return! The environment is clean, beautiful pool, perfect flat and especially managed by driven young people, kind and always available. It's perfect as a starting point to visit the various villages nearby and in the meantime relax by the pool! As already said: we will be back for more days!!!
Truly an exceptional place ... Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. Each flat has a photographic decoration that tells of the village from which it takes its name.

The park of our farmhouse surrounds the pool area and has seats, chaise longues and many comfortable corners from which you can enjoy the Marche's sky surrounded by its inebriating colours.
